The business name Justice & Co has a long-standing heritage within the local Worthing area, as well as within the family in which it originated. Founded by owner Jon’s father, Cliff Justice in 1991, it first traded as a well-respected, family-run accountancy business. Cliff worked tirelessly to build his company, which grew from a one-man service in an outbuilding of the family home, to a much larger practice operating from serviced office accommodation on the outskirts of town. Cliff was a kind-hearted, loved member of his community and family – someone his children were proud to call ‘Dad’ – and always found a positive in a negative. He was well known for his phrase, “there are blue skies ahead”.
Tragically Cliff’s life was cut short at the age of 55 whilst on a family holiday to Australia and New Zealand in January 2011. Despite trying to keep the business going, without the founder it proved a step too far and the practice was sold in June 2011. Jon and his three older sisters managed to retain the naming rights with a view that, one day, they might want to start a new business under the family name – that time is now.
Together, Jon and wife Sarah work side by side, ensuring they deliver a service they are proud of, while upholding the original standards and ethos of Justice & Co. Providing a one stop shop for all commercial property requirements, professionalism, integrity and a can-do attitude is at the core of what they do. They fully understand that not everyone has the same needs, so a tailored approach is key, building bespoke packages to accommodate requirements. Both believe that a flexible approach is essential in running a successful business and can always be contacted by phone or email.
